The apartment is just great, modern, clean, full equipped and well localized, intra muros, a few steps away from the old town. From 1:30 am to 10:00 pm we had a great time.

The price is rather expensive (1300 EUR/week), but relevant to the standing.

Visiting all day long makes us stay home at night, the children going to bed around 8:30 pm.

Unfortunately, there is that restaurant, the Osteria Miranda, just below on the ground-floor. On Wednesday night there was live music, the other nights but Monday (closed), you hear noise and music basses coming from the kitchen and the bar until they finally close the door and go home ("ciao Luciano", they finally say...) . On Tuesday night, after the restaurant was closed, they were yelling at each other in the middle of the night, being unhappy apparently, and so were we.

We would definitively recommend this apartment if you go to bed late. If you have a light sleep and have to get up early, you will be tired at the end of your stay...
